MLB Bat

Prof. Holden is part of the MLB development team.

The MLB home page has a large variety of examples of useful projects completed using a Bat.

Simple Aircraft

Sometimes a long-duration high-speed UAV is overkill. The simple-sensor UAV above uses just GPS to navigate itself, with a barometric pressure sensor to regulate altitude. It can take still aerial photographs and fly from small fields in light winds. Very inexpensive, it could be used economically where multiple UAVs are needed.

This aircraft is still being developed, the first phase report is here: A few more details
